Chef José Andrés is behind America Eats Tavern, offering creative American classics and barbecue, plus American wine, local beer, and creative cocktails. The extensive menu includes brisket smoked for 16 hours, half chicken, pulled pork and pork ribs, as well as favorites like the whole grilled trout served with a green goddess sauce. Start off with the warm hush puppies with honey butter or the Vermicelli Mac N’ Cheese, a delicious combination of aged cheddar and short-cut vermicelli served in a cast-iron skillet. Be sure to add the house barbecue sauce to your dish, which is made with tomato, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider, and tamarind.

The 193-seat, two-story establishment boasts a comfortable interior with shiny bronze bar tables, modern lighting fixtures, brown leather seating, and bright geometric tiling.
