From my very first contact with Windsor Communities, your staff (especially Sumie and Alejandro), I has consistently provided courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient support. My husband and I are thrilled with everything at the Woodley since the moment we viewed the apartment. We love how welcome ... our pup is too. A huge shout out to Jessica Roberts who made the leasing process and move-in so easy. The building is beautifully maintained and the staff is lovely and super helpful. I love everything about living at The Woodley but what makes it extra special is the peace of mind I have knowing that maintenance ... requests are handled quickly and professionallyeven on the weekend. I had a major drainage problem just before company was coming to dinner and Vlad came immediately to repair it. He not only repaired it in time for me to have a successful dinner (which meant I could use the sink and dishwasher) but he cleaned up even more thoroughly than I would have!!
